To book a custom cake, please complete the enquiry form with the following details:
Pickup Date & Time – Let us know when you need your cake ready.
Serving Size – Tell us how many people your cake needs to serve.
Inspiration Photos – Upload any images that help illustrate your vision.
Flavour & Design Preferences – Share any specific flavours, colours, themes, or decorations you’d like.
Additional Details – Any other requests or important information we should know.
Payment & Booking Terms
Enquiry Required – All custom cakes must be booked through our enquiry form. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking until confirmed.
Deposit & Payment – A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup.
Payment Method – Payments must be made via bank transfer. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.
Booking Confirmation – Once we receive your enquiry and deposit, we will confirm your order and pickup details.
Additional Info
Lead Time – Custom cakes require a minimum notice period. Please enquire early to secure your preferred date.
Design & Customisation – While we do our best to bring your vision to life, final designs may vary slightly due to artistic interpretation and ingredient availability.
Collection Policy – Cakes must be picked up at the agreed time. We are not responsible for any damage after collection. Delivery is available on request.
